Hey friends-
Well thanks for rejoicing with us in the birth of our little
girl. She is GREAT. Ellie is doing amazing as a big sister.
She has been hilarious to watch. Her favorite thing to do
is to go and look at Kara and then say, "She's cute,
huh!" It has been fun. She has been super good. Louise
is doing well. Both came home on Friday. It was really nice
to have my mom here too. But alas, the craziness of the
world is waiting for me when I go back tomorrow. So, I wanted
to ask you to be praying for us. I have a really big prayer
request. On top of the already crazy world that we have
right now with life and everything else is a little something
extra. ************Before reading any further, if you correspond
with any of the students in Wiesbaden, please note that
none of them will know this information for another week
and a half. If you want to talk to one of them, wait until
after the 16th***************************
W ell anyway, after a lot of prayer and some serious movement
by God, we have decided to accept a new position within
Malachi. After our home assignment this summer, we are going
to be re-opening a new ministry sight in Yokosuka, Japan!
We are in the process of packing up our house and planning
for a move across the world, Again! WE are really excited
and nervous at the very same time. It is really odd. The
Lord has confirmed it in a lot of different ways that reveal
that this is indeed his desire and movement for us.
So, please be in prayer with that for a few things.
1) We are really nervous about how a few students in particular
will take this news. We are excited and really scared at
the same time.
2) Now, on top of everything else, we need to pack and move
our house as we are trying to clear quarters by April 28th.
3) There is a possibility of an AWESOME house that we are
trying to get. Pray that it all works out well. Pray that
we get it!
4) Pray as we will now need to raise additional monthly
funds as the cost of living in Japan is even greater than
here!
5) Pray that all of these things do not keep us from saying
good-bye well.
More to come later.
