God used Adam, Noah, Job, Abraham, Manoah and Joseph to reflect the Godly character of a father figure. While none of these men were perfect but God used their stories to show the character of a faithful follower. The story of Job reflects a faithful and dedicated father to his children and Joseph provided well for his family. Our greatest example of a father's love is our Heavenly Father and His sending us Jesus.
