There's Something About Kindness
What if kindness is not simply a pleasant personality trait but a force powerful enough to change lives and draw people toward God? That is exactly what we explore in this message on kindness as a fruit of the Spirit. Rooted in Ephesians 2:1-7, where Paul contrasts life in the flesh with life in the Spirit, we are reminded that God's kindness to us is the very existence of a second way of living -- one opened to us not because we earned it, but because God, in His grace, made a way. Kindness, then, is grace in action. It is gift-giving toward those who have not deserved it. And according to Romans 2:4, it is God's kindness -- not guilt, not shame, not cultural pressure -- that actually leads people to repentance. That reframes everything. When we walk in kindness, we are not being passive or naive. We are wielding one of the most transformative forces in the universe.
